My daughter and I attend 'Puppy hour' with our 7 month old puppy, Lola, every week. The sessions are informal but very well facilitated. Tash and Charlotte are very welcoming, friendly and patient! They are knowledgeable and happy to help, whatever the need - even tolerating my daughter's incessant questions. The session draws many different types of people and puppies, Tash and Charlotte are attentive to all and dash to clear up any accidents with no recriminations. Although the pet products are more expensive than other local pet stores, I always choose to spend my money here purely because of the excellent customer service.
